either or和neither nor都是并列连词词组，但意思不同，前者意思是"或者...或者...，不是...就是..."，而后者意思是"既不...，也不..."。但用法相同，做主语时，谓语动词都采用就近原则。

例如，Either he or you are wrong.(不是他错了就是你错了。) 又如，Neither you nor he is wrong.(既不是你错了，也不是他错了。)
