系动词和系表结构后面的从句都是表语从句.

主句 This is my suggestion 是主系表结构，从句位于抽象名词suggestion之后作解释说明，且引导词that在从句内不担当成份。
实义动词和介词后面的从句叫宾语从句.如:
表语从句
It sounds like that a train was passing under the house.
The fact remains that we are behind the other classes.
